I am writing to say “thank you” for the recent work that your company completed in my house. Since the beginning of this process you have made every step smooth, easy and enjoyable. I don’t normally send e-mails like this to companies, however I don’t normally get service and quality like this in today’s world.
Not only was I given a specific time for the installation, but when the install crew was going to be 10 minutes late I received a call telling me they would be late and they were only 10 minutes late. Again, this is something that normally does not happen with companies today. The installation was performed without a glitch, quickly and the install crew, who included Dick’s son Chris, was professional at all times. I have now started the process of putting my clothes and belongings back into the closets. I can only say that I would prefer to leave the doors open now so I can show off the work and organization of the closets.

Just a note to thank you for the fabulous job you did on reconstructing our closet. We were a bit skeptical at first about losing some hanging clothes space, but true to your word we have more space than we could have imagined. Your staff is professional, quick, neat and they work like a well oiled machine in getting the job done right. We can't stop walking in the closet several times and marveling at the space and organization. I never thought a new closet could make you smile so much.
